Our OOU fashion Focus of the week is a facial model and a make up Artiste named Bassey Chioma fondly known as Shinel. She is the CEO of Shinel Specials Int'l (makeover company).
She also won Face Of Mandylyne Mgt. 2013, OOU Fashion Award 15 Personality Of The Year, Face Of Congeniality Nigeria 2015 Model Of The Year as well as Face Of G2 2015
When ask why she chose make up, she said: 'I choose makeup artistry because I have an unending love for the art...the joy of seeing my client transform is priceless' and she also said God is her inspiration.

She has also taken part in few Major Jobs/ Feature such as Circle of interest (Soap Opera), A Man For Mum (Movie), OOU Mega Carnival 1&2, Millare Fashion Tv Show and so many more and she's presently working on organizing the First ever makeup workshop in OOU.
